ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL

Noble Lockhart-Mays is the Founder and Principal of Faith's Place Center for Arts Education, Inc. She is an ordained minister and licensed educator in the state of Florida holding certifications in Elementary Education PreK-6 and Educational Leadership K-12. While a teacher in Palm Beach County, she was nominated for and received "Teacher of the Year" over 8 times. Since opening its doors in 2012, Faith's Place has been featured in the Palm Beach Post and on news channels such as WPTV 5, WPBF 12, as well as on the City of WPB, City of Riviera Beach, and T.E.N. (The Education Network) for the School District of Palm Beach County. She and Co-Director Tarry Mays received The Jefferson Award in our nation's capital for their work in the arts and education at Faith's Place. 

 

To date, Faith's Place serves over 200 students continuing arts education for those who may not regularly have the exposure. Big things are ahead in the future of Faith's Place and Noble Lockhart-Mays is delighted to lead the organization into its new season of growth! Noble graduated in the Spring of 2025 with a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from Lynn University.
